let's talk nonsense

In the same tone of discussion that there are Santa Claus waiting up your chimney, OK?

The Organiser of Mansuhkan ISA were the ones responsible for the massive traffic jam, causing traders losing thousands of ringgit and citizen hours of their precious idling time.
No fault goes to the police blocking the roads to the city.
Nope, they were just curbing the demonstrators.

Article 10 Freedom of Assembly does not apply here, therefore the demonstrators ought to be gassed and arrested for their "crime". There were a lot of exchange in the modern day battle, the demonstrators do not form a peaceful assembly as they were seen shouting 'no to detention without trial', the real threat to the country's peace is to guarantee arrest for suspicion of having different "ideals". The detainees are traitors because they break up the one block of political mentality, therefore they should be educated. The demonstrators deserve for the beatings anyway, their voices might shatter our fundamental right for peace, therefore they need to be silenced.

Whatever was said by our revered Tunku Abdul Rahman, our Father of Independence, during the debate in parliament, is irrelevant, as the enemy of our peace and harmony is the opposition. He promised this:

My cabinet colleagues and I gave a solemn promise to Parliament and the nation that the immense powers given to the government under the ISA would never be used to stifle legitimate opposition and silence lawful dissent"

Poor demonstrators, thinking that the law on ISA had been abused, that they thought they have a fundamental right for their liberty and in cases of abuse of that legitimate right, they thought they could hold a peaceful assembly.

Remember the old maxim "presumed innocent until proven guilty?", well students of Law, sorry to tell you that was in the olden days. Justice delayed is justice denied, and I hear Saiful Bukhari saying the same too. Ahh great thinkers think alike eh.

We need the ISA. Seriously.
